These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the uuubd platform and all services operated under it. When you register at uuubd or use its services, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms. These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Important: Only users aged 21 and above may create an account and use services at uuubd. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.

1 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account at uuubd, all of the following conditions must be met:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must provide your real name, accurate information, and a valid identity document.
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
You must refrain from accessing the platform from any region where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
Operating an account on behalf of a third party or using another person's funds is not permitted.

2 Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

5 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply when making deposits at uuubd:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
You must use a payment method registered in your own name only.
Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
If the deposit amount is not correctly credited to your account, contact the support team with proof.

6 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
Withdrawal may not be possible until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
uuubd may request additional documents to verify a withdrawal where applicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to claiming and using bonus offers at uuubd:

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.
Each bonus offer may have its own expiry; if the requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus may be cancelled.
Attempting to abuse the bonus system or engage in fraud will result in account termination and forfeiture of related funds.
A bonus may be claimed only once; attempting to claim a bonus again by creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
uuubd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

8 Gaming Rules

All games at uuubd are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Please keep the following in mind while gaming:

All game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely impartial.
If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
Any attempt to manipulate game results will result in immediate account termination.
If the internet connection is lost, the status of any ongoing bet will be confirmed from the system.
In sports betting, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been confirmed.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. uuubd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week.

Issues arising from your own internet connection being lost.
Account information falling into third-party hands due to user negligence.
